Shipping policy

At Posture Align, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably to customers in Malaysia and selected international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method.

Promotions such as free shipping may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated at checkout where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, and customs clearance processes.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local courier performance, or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
